The Portland Cement Association, Southeast Region represents the manufacturers and distributors of Portland cement in the states of Alabama, Georgia, Kentucky, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina and Tennessee. This regional promotion group  is a Georgia not-for-profit corporation. RPGs, of which there are ten in the United States, are affiliate members of the Portland Cement Association (PCA) and support the promotion efforts of local promotion associations. The PCA, Southeast Region also works closely with the American Concrete Paving Association (ACPA), the National Ready Mixed Concrete Association, and related local and regional associations and their members.
